For me, design is about creating with purpose — every website, photograph, or brand identity is a story waiting to be told. I'm currently studying Communication Design at NMIMS, where I've had the chance to explore everything from branding and photography to UI/UX, research and product design. Over time, I've found myself particularly drawn to visual identities, art direction, and the process of building a strong visual language around an idea.
I rarely wait until I "know enough" to start — most of what I actually use, I picked up mid-project, solving the problem in front of me.
The first version is never the point — it's just something to react to. Most of my best work came from the third or fourth pass, not the first.
Knowing what "good" looks like isn't instinct — it's pattern recognition built from looking at a lot of work, including my own, closely and often.
The interesting design decisions usually come from something I learned talking to actual users, not from a mood board.
New tool, new medium, new constraint — I'd rather open it and start poking around than wait for a tutorial.
A single beautiful screen is easy. A system that stays coherent across fifty of them is the actual work — that's what I try to design for.
